Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site in Tallmadge, OH
Schedule: MondayFriday
Salary: $43,000 $46,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Bilingual Customer Service Representative):
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English
- Assist with product/service questions, order issues, billing inquiries, and general support
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Qualifications (Bilingual Customer Service Representative):
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
