Interim PICU Nurse Leaders

We are seeking interim Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nursing leaders to fill short‑term leadership positions across the country. Candidates must be immediately available and possess the skills and experience required for high‑acuity pediatric critical care environments. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Additional licensure or certifications may be required. Relevant and recent PICU leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required. Benefits Interim positions include: Full benefits package upon acceptance of a role (health, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account; some benefits vary by job type and duration). Employer pays FICA contributions and manages all tax withholdings. All travel, accommodation, and work‑related expenses are covered by the client and B.E. Smith. Bi‑weekly home trips and rental car/lodging provided for convenience during assignments. Licensure updates and requirements are managed based on the Nurse Licensure Compact and state regulations. Referral Bonus A $2,500 bonus is offered for referring a qualified PICU leader who is placed in a role within six months.
