Front Medical ReceptionistBe the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Answering busy multi line telephone and making appointments for the selected physicians. Responsible for verifying demographic information, entering and maintaining correct patient and insurance information in the EMR system. Maintaining the fax inbox, collecting co-pays at check-out time, sending referrals as required for specialty clinics and insurance companies.
