Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare, organize and submit project documents including budget plans and project initiation materials for BESS, CV and EV production line projects in Europe and Africa regions, and complete relevant application procedures.

2. Take charge of the whole-cycle promotion, tracking and implementation of BESS/CV/EV production line projects for the Europe and Africa business segment, ensure projects progress in accordance with planned schedule, budget and quality standards.

3. Participate in project solution review meetings for Europe and Africa projects, conduct professional technical and business communication with clients, optimize project solutions based on client demands and project actual conditions.

4. Responsible for on-site implementation of projects and on-site project promotion at overseas subsidiary bases, coordinate cross-department resources to solve on-site problems, and guarantee smooth project delivery.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with no less than 5 years of working experience in project management or relevant experience in the new energy industry (BESS/CV/EV production line field is preferred).

2. Proficient in English, capable of using English as a daily working language for fluent business communication, document writing and client negotiation.

3. Flexible working attitude, able to undertake high-frequency domestic and overseas business trips and overseas on-site stationing as required by projects.
