About the Role As Property Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations for a LEED Silver‑certified, garden‑style luxury community featuring high‑end amenities and a premier waterfront location. You’ll be responsible for driving lease‑up strategy, maximizing occupancy, and delivering an exceptional resident experience while building and leading a high‑performing on‑site team.
