The EA Marketing Analytics team is looking for analytics professional to take on the role of Lead Analyst in Austin, TX, Orlando, FL, or Vancouver, BC, reporting to the Director of Franchise Marketing Analytics. We are looking for someone who can take our analytics to a new level by digging into diverse data sets relating to our marketing campaigns, applying creative data analytics techniques, extracting insights, creating data visualizations and communicating recommendations to our marketing partners in ways that create clarity, guide action, and bring improvement. Responsibilities Guide conversations with senior leaders, provide structured thinking and analytical recommendations with the right level of details Work with marketing partners to understand their needs and deliver data analysis to support decision-making that leads to improved marketing performance, becoming a trusted advisor Select, process, and explore data from an array of internal and third-party data sources for marketing channels such as video, social media, websites, email, and more to find the signal in the noise Create presentations with crisp data visualizations to tell compelling data stories to partners and influence the business. Distill quantitative insights into easy to break down and intuitive presentation form Provide advice to other analysts to help them improve analyses and provide feedback Collaborate across a global network of colleagues, with teamwork as a priority Qualifications Bachelor's degree in STEM field or economics. 2+ years relevant hands-on analytical experience, with ability to manage the analytical process and translate findings from the data into recommendations for our partners Experience with partner management, especially with senior leadership Knowledge-of and practical experience with statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing SQL skills including experience querying complex datasets from a variety of multiple sources Proficiency in R or Python You have the enthusiasm to challenge thinking and promote meaningful change You view challenges as opportunities and enjoy solving problems and removing obstacles About Electronic Arts We’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
