We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Vice President, Corporate Executive Program to join our Partner Programs team. This individual will work directly with corporate executive programs, C-suite executives and employees, and Wealth Enhancement advisors. The primary goal is to educate, close and successfully transition clients to a WE Advisor.

The expected pay range for this RVP position is $305,000 to $425,000+ annually. This range reflects a base salary and variable compensation; the company in good faith believes it would pay in this range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will depend on your qualifications, skills, and credentials, educational and professional experience and actual compensation will depend on your productivity and sales numbers and can be below or exceed the range. Job Functions

Form meaningful and influential relationships with Corporate Partners, C-suite executives, employees and key decision makers to quickly develop credibility as a trusted advisor on tax aware financial planning, equity comp, total rewards packages.

• Conduct corporate executive and employee educational meetings, and events, etc.
• Build intimate knowledge and understand benefit programs
• Educate on WE’s resources, value proposition, solutions and services
• Conduct regular presentations on WE’s capabilities
• Educate and communicate various tax, estate, financial planning, investment strategies and equity comp solutions

Source and close prospects

• Educate c-suite executives on the WE financial, tax/estate planning process

• Profile and understand prospective client needs

• Engage and communicate prospective client needs to WE advisor

Ability to partner, educate and work with WEG FAs across the country

Participate in Wealth Enhancement trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and proficient in advisor/client facing technology

Adherence to Wealth Enhancement’s Corporate Communication Strategy and in good compliance standing

Education/Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced professional designation (CFP®, CPA, MBA, CEPA®, or similar)
• 10+ years of wealth management experience, including at least 5 years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience
• Deep expertise serving high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients
• Demonstrated expertise in:
  • Equity compensation planning (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESPPs)
  • Concentrated stock and diversification strategies
  • Tax-aware financial planning
• Proven ability to build, scale, and grow a business line, platform, specialty offering, or strategic partnership channel
• Strong understanding of the RIA model and broader wealth management industry
• FINRA registrations (Series 65 or Series 7/66) or ability to obtain
• Demonstrated success identifying, sourcing, and closing strategic partnerships and business opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, listening, relationship-building, analytical, and consultative sales skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and Workday preferred
• AI Proficiency
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and platforms to drive business outcomes and optimize workflows
• Resides within the territory (NY/NJ/CT)
• Ability to travel nationally up to 75%
