Part-time Receptionist - Toyota

Berglund Toyota is seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Lynchburg, VA. You will greet customers, answer and direct incoming calls, assist with customer inquiries, and help create a welcoming experience for every guest. This position is a great fit for:

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of the dealership.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Provide general administrative support to the dealership staff to help maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Customer Service and Team oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual, with a professional demeanor.
• Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one Saturday off each month.
