Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients to understand their specific mobility challenges and treatment goals.
• Maintaining a patient load of approximately one individual per hour to provide focused, individualized care.
• Utilizing a morphologically diverse range of therapeutic techniques to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Administering evidence-based therapies designed to improve each patient's range of motion and functional mobility.
• Minimizing reliance on medication by promoting non-surgical strategies and lifestyle modifications.
• Designing customized fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's recovery objectives.
• Accurately documenting treatment sessions in our electronic medical record (EMR) system such as WebPT, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Fostering a motivating environment by encouraging patients toward achieving their rehabilitation milestones.
• Working in consultation with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Monitoring patient progress meticulously and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation practices.
• Experience with EMR software such as WebPT to effectively manage patient records.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is required. Familiarity with designing and executing personalized exercise programs based on patient evaluations is essential to success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 130,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
