In this role, you will provide personalized therapy to patients in their homes, helping them achieve their maximum level of independence and functional capability.

Home Health Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is required.
