Commercial Lead Operations Analyst

Role Overview The Commercial Lead Operations Analyst provides daily production support for commercial servicing applications and analyzes operational support processes. This role acts as a liaison among business units, technology teams, and external vendors to maintain system stability, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and efficient business operations. What You Will Do Provide day-to-day production support for commercial servicing applications, investigate and resolve system issues, and perform root cause analysis. Develop and execute test scenarios, monitor and validate data, and support reporting needs. Requirements Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (required) Working knowledge of major production application systems (Loan IQ, CLS, LaserPro, Stucky, etc.) Attention to detail in documenting and implementing requirements Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to thoroughly analyze and resolve issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively manage change Ability to stay on top of task assignments Strong decision making and analytical skills Ability to facilitate research and resolution of sometimes less-than-straight-forward issues Strong aptitude to technology-based tools, Windows systems, software, and databases (i.e., Excel, Access, etc.) Interest, willingness, and ability to assimilate information quickly and succinctly Works well in a team-based environment while excelling as an independent contributor who leverages autonomy Benefits Base salary in the range of $57,000.00 - $87,000.00 annually Eligibility for incentive compensation #J-18808-Ljbffr KeyBank
