A community support organization in Massachusetts is seeking individuals to provide specialized services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include empowering participants, providing culturally sensitive support, and promoting integration in the community. A high school diploma and experience with developmental disabilities are required. Certification in CPR and First Aid is also necessary.
