Data Entry SpecialistWe are looking for a qualified individual to join our Operations team as a Data Entry Specialist. Success in this role will be based on your ability to multitask, communicate clearly and effectively, and adjust to changes in your assigned workload daily. A strong attention to key details will be required.ResponsibilitiesData EntryUpdate case records daily with different data pointsTrack service with third party process serversRead court dockets to ensure data accuracyFile Dismissals or WritsSupport Case Coordinators if assignedHandle other tasks as assignedRequirements and skillsDemonstrable ability to communicate clearly and concisely via Slack, email, or phoneProven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailFamiliarity with legal court docketsAbility to be successful working on a team or completing tasks individuallySolid experience with Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel & Outlook)Excellent listening abilitiesProblem solving & Critical thinkingStrong verbal and written communication skillsGeneral computer skills
