Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a W-2 position and the successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services both in our clinic and in-home through the First Steps program. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations to determine patients' developmental levels, strengths, and areas for improvement Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and injuries Provide occupational therapy services in clinic and in-home settings Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders about treatment plans and progress Qualifications: Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in Indiana Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Reimbursement Guaranteed hours for full-time employees Positive and supportive work environment Opportunity to work for a small, family-owned business that values its employees and their contributions We are proud to offer a positive and supportive work environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow in their careers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
