Position Summary
The Marketing Account Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and management of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, media partners, creative teams, and internal agency resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives. The position requires a blend of digital media expertise, project management skills, client communication, and strong writing ability.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client marketing goals
• Plan, schedule, implement, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns
• Manage social media advertising campaigns including audience targeting, budgets, creative coordination, and performance tracking
• Monitor campaign analytics and prepare performance insights and recommendations
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices

Media Planning & Buying

• Assist with digital media planning, budget allocation, and campaign recommendations
• Coordinate media buys across social, display, search, and other digital platforms
• Work with media vendors and partners to negotiate placements and manage campaign execution
• Track media performance and support reporting efforts

Client Account Support

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients
• Participate in client meetings, status calls, and campaign reviews
• Coordinate client approvals, feedback, timelines, and deliverables
• Help identify opportunities to improve client marketing performance

Agency Project Management

• Manage internal job tracking, workflow, and project timelines
• Coordinate activities between account service, creative, media, and production teams
• Maintain project schedules, task lists, and deadlines using agency workflow systems
• Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule

Content & Copywriting

• Write and edit marketing content including social posts, email campaigns, digital ads, website content, and promotional materials
• Develop creative briefs and campaign messaging recommendations
• Support content calendars and brand communications strategies

Research & Strategy Support

• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research
• Gather insights to support campaign planning and client recommendations
• Assist with presentations, proposals, and strategic marketing plans

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, digital media, or agency environments
• Experience managing social media platforms and paid social advertising campaigns
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics, and reporting
• Proficiency with project management tools and Google productivity platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, programmatic platforms, or marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and lead-generation campaigns
• Experience working in an advertising agency environment a plus
