Equipment Coordinator

Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of: (7:30AM to 5:30PM) ~ (Monday - Friday) Salary ranges from: $50,000-$70,000 Ideal Candidate Requirements: High aptitude for technology The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills Moderate proficiency in Microsoft office applications An Associates or Bachelor's Degree, preferred but not required Duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate and follow up on equipment movements in the system Monitor and place assignments for equipment by locations Create daily reports for distribution Update and follow up on Scale Project Tasks Create weekly Calibration Check report distribution Request new service with vendor Processes invoices related to scale vendor service requests Review current scale practices, procedures and reports for areas to improve #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Transport
