Senior Accountant

Accounting PositionSupport month-end close and day-to-day accounting activitiesPrepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial schedules, and reportingAnalyze financial results, variances, and trends and communicate key findings to managementAssist with financial reporting and related compliance requirementsSupport audits, internal controls, and other reporting initiativesAssist with multi-entity accounting and consolidations as neededReview work and provide guidance to more junior team membersParticipate in budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiativesHelp implement and optimize accounting systems and technologyTake on special projects and other responsibilities as neededBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA preferred or CPA-eligible3–5 years of accounting and/or audit experienceStrong understanding of U.S. GAAPStrong Excel and analytical skillsExperience with ERP and financial reporting systemsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to support month-end close and other time-sensitive deadlines
