Responsibilities- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Auto insurance and/or Homeowners insurance experience is preferred
- Prior Allstate Experience is preferred
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Career minded vision.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Minimum 3-5 years prior successful sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
