Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

Build Real Estate Sales Skills

• Call inbound buyer and seller leads

• Follow up with potential clients

• Generate appointments for our agents

• Learn how top-producing agents build relationships

• Master communication, objection handling, and sales conversations

Learn the Business

• Study local market trends

• Work inside our CRM and lead management systems

• Attend training sessions and team events

• Shadow agents during appointments and negotiations

• Gain exposure to every part of the transaction process

Prepare for Your Realtor Career

• Complete your Wisconsin real estate licensing coursework

• Build financial reserves before transitioning to commission sales

• Develop confidence through hands-on experience

• Create a foundation for long-term success
