Compensation:

$120,000 - $250,000 yearly at plan commission

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with buyers and sellers
• Follow up with the provided leads
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process
• Attend coaching, training, and role-play sessions
• Leverage our systems and technology to serve clients at a high level
• Contribute to a culture built on growth, accountability, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• Wisconsin Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Desire to grow personally and professionally
• Commitment to creating exceptional client experiences
