This full-time position based in the Bronx, NY, involves managing a caseload of approximately 10 children, providing intensive casework, and coordinating essential services. Proficiency in using generic child welfare systems is required. Requirements Collaborate with therapists, education specialists, and social workers. Manage a caseload of approximately 10 children. Provide intensive casework services. Conduct outreach to connect families with community resources. Coordinate Family Team Conferences. Maintain accurate case records. Participate in case consultations. Qualifications Master's OR Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Foster Care experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
