Education & Certifications: RD or Oklahoma Licensed Dietitian - provisional license accepted What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 nutrition consultations and education Complete nutrition assessments, consults, and quarterly documentation Monitor weights, weight changes, and nutrition risk Manage supplements and tube feeding regimens Provide nutrition care for dialysis and wound management Participate in quality assurance audits and survey preparation Support dietary in-servicing and cost control efforts Apply Today & Take the Next Step in Your Career!
