This leadership position will be located in El Segundo, CA , Palmdale, CA, Rancho Bernardo, CA, Oklahoma City, OK, Melbourne, FL, or Clearfield, UT. The position will report to the Director of Common Products.The Director Supply Chain 1 will lead a diverse and geographically dispersed team of ~170 employees that includes Demand Planning, Delivery Management, as well as Engineering Property. The role will be responsible, accountable and have authority for key statements of work across the supply chain value stream, supporting all programs across the sector. The selected candidate will be an experienced leader who is agile and well equipped to partner with a wide range of stakeholders. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
