Bookkeeper
$20 - $25 per hourAmera Trail
Bookkeeper Monday - Friday. Full Time. Some Saturdays. Schedule: 8Am to 5PM. Responsibilities Ability to understand and process A/R and A/P. Manage the accounts payable process by coding invoices, submitting them for proper approval, and processing payment. Handle record-keeping/filing. Match invoices and determine account coding. Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Work with outside accountants as needed. Assist with collection activities as required. Process payroll. Qualifications 1-3 Years relevant experience. QuickBooks is a must. Skills Accuracy. Corporate Finance. Reporting Skills. Attention to Detail. Deadline-Oriented. Confidentiality. Time Management. Data Entry Skills. Basic Math. Communication Skills. Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills. Process Payroll.
COMPENSATION
