Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify patients’ needs and establish appropriate diagnoses based on clinically validated assessments.

• Create and implement treatment plans tailored to each client, involving ongoing documentation that includes updates, further assessments, and treatment plan reviews in compliance with company protocols.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, and, depending on expertise, conduct family, couples, or group counseling sessions.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to effectively determine treatment needs and monitor progress throughout therapy.
\n
• Engage actively with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding while fostering a therapeutic alliance to enhance feelings of safety and trust.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss case management and treatment effectiveness, ensuring holistic care.

• Stay current with evidence-based practices and be open to ongoing education and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. This may include behavioral health issues, co-occurring disorders, trauma, life transitions, and substance use challenges. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of these individuals by providing tailored therapeutic interventions that promote mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

• Current licensure in at least one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of clinical principles, therapeutic techniques, and current trends in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with clients experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually. In addition, you will receive full administrative support, enabling you to focus on the clinical aspects of your role without the stress of administrative burdens.
