Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health conditions. The practice serves both private paying clients and those with insurance, emphasizing flexibility in treatment modalities to meet client needs effectively. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to focus on your ideal client group or niche, crafting your therapeutic style based on your passions and strengths.

Qualifications\n

The minimum qualification for this role includes a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. Candidates must have relevant licensing and must be in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (CA BBS). This includes licenses such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Additionally, registration with the CAQH is required. We encourage candidates who are bilingual, especially in Spanish, as we provide a differential in salary for bilingual capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum education requirement is a bachelor’s degree, candidates with a master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field are preferred. Experience working with a wide range of mental health disorders and across various age groups is advantageous. The ideal candidate will also possess strong clinical and therapeutic skills, with an established background in working with culturally and ethnically diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
