Job Description
- At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture.
- Should have knowledge on various IDAM product.
- At Least 7 Years of experience working with Oracle Identity & Access Management.
- Should be excellent communication skills, presentation skills, stakeholder management skills.
- He/she should require to own end to end Major/critical incidents and drive its resolution over call/bridge along with SME, Vendors and customer to quickly restore the service.
- Should be able to participate in incidents management meeting, handle the crisp customer communication over email/call, should be able to update status to customer leadership team.
- Financial Domain Knowledge.
- Exceptional communications capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly. Must be approachable, a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their experience in a highly evolving technology focused environment. Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Ability to connect and manage client.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience in IT Security
