Litigation Associate | Commercial & Employment Law | Atlanta, GA A well-established, partner-led Atlanta law firm is actively seeking a litigation associate to join its team. It is not a large-platform firm — this is an intimate, collegial environment where attorneys work directly with clients and carry real responsibility from day one. Responsibilities Manage and advance an active litigation caseload with meaningful autonomy from day one Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings Conduct and defend depositions Handle discovery — written discovery, document review, and production Appear in Georgia state and federal court Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy Handle matters in commercial litigation, employment & labor law, or both Qualifications 2–9 years of litigation experience Background in commercial litigation, employment law, or a combination of both Strong written and oral advocacy skills Demonstrated ability to manage matters with limited oversight Georgia bar admission (required or ability to waive in) Experience in both state and federal court practice preferred Requirements Active Georgia U.S. law license in good standing Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area This is a full-time, in-office position (approximately 4 days/week in office) #J-18808-Ljbffr
