GRILL COOK (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full‑time Grill Cook positions at FN America, 797 Old Clemson Road, Columbia, SC 29229. Applications online only. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Pay: $16.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Job Summary Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high‑quality food service. Responsibilities Takes orders and prepares lighthold items, completes steam table orders, serves customers at multiple stations. Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food at correct temperature and appealing. Manages ticket collection and records during service periods. Uses approved recipes and production standards for quality, serving temperature, portion control. Transports food to and from workstations, stove and refrigerator, following safety standards. Stores foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food‑safety, rotation. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains work areas, equipment and utensils to meet sanitation standards. Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisor. Attends in‑service and safety meetings. Makes good working relationships with co‑workers, customers, administrators, managers. Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous cooking and kitchen experience required. ServSafe certification preferred. Capable of performing essential functions of position with or without reasonable accommodation.
