Assistant Banquet Manager

Hotel: Hilton Charlotte Airport, 2800 Coliseum Centre Drive Charlotte, NC 28217 Job Type: Full time Compensation: $22.00 per hour What You Will Do Execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for meetings and social events that run like clockwork. Coordinate with vendors and departments to deliver seamless events from setup to sendoff. Support departmental goals by managing inventory, costs, and schedules. Supervise banquet staff—ensuring side work is done, service is polished, and morale stays high. Step in for the Banquet Manager as needed and help with hiring, training, and daily team leadership. What We Are Looking For Prior leadership or supervisory experience. Hospitality background preferred; fluent in banquet terminology. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on feet during busy shifts. Flexible schedule availability beyond a 9–5 window. Benefits 401(k) plan with company match.
