Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality telemetry care during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor patients effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and escalate issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience in a telemetry or cardiac step-down unit.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate proficiency with telemetry monitoring and cardiac emergency protocols.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
