Service Delivery Specialist

The Service Delivery Manager , best aligned with a Service Project Coordinator , drives multiple service workstreams across locations, coordinating customer requests, scheduling, resources, materials, and work orders from intake through completion. Success requires proactively anticipating next steps, resolving barriers, engaging teams, and continuously reprioritizing workloads to meet deadlines, supported by strong follow-through and organized, adaptable processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams; maintaining accurate work orders and documentation; and communicating with customers to ensure timely service delivery. Ideal candidates bring service coordination, dispatch, or project coordination experience in HVAC, Building Automation Systems, or Security and Access Control , along with strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills. Salesforce bFO/bFS Lightning, Genesys, Tableau, and Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred.
