Seeking a full-time Off-Site Assistant Property Manager with strong leasing skills for a 304 unit property in Carson, CA.Compensation Includes:$21.00-$25.00 per hourResponsibilities Include:Rent collectionsUnit inspections/Property inspections and upkeepMarketing and leasing vacant unitsResident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnelService of notices and all aspects of day-to-day managementAbility to conduct a market survey of comparable apartment rates.Job Requirements:2-4 years of property management experience with large conventional propertiesYardi Voyager experience is a mustGood verbal & written communication skillsExperience overseeing vendorsProficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and tech-savvy.Proven ability to market and lease apartmentsHours 8:30 am-5:30 pmMust be available for one weekend dayA valid driver's license and evidence of auto insurance will be needed.A background, DMV, and pre-employment physical will be conducted as part of our application process.PMA offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees, including:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance with an employer contribution401(k) with discretionary company contribution after one yearShort-term & Long-term DisabilityCritical Illness/Accident/Hospital Indemnity PlansGenerous Paid Time Off: Time off benefits include vacation, holidays, and sick timeWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
