Regional Sales Manager

Elmo is looking for an excellent and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for regional sales activities in Baden-Württemberg (Germany) and Switzerland.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.
- Build and implement a comprehensive business plan focused on new opportunities and sustainable growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and on-site visits.
- Identify, approach, and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Manage and respond to all incoming regional sales leads.
- Follow up on quotations and orders to ensure successful deal closure.
- Utilize CRM as a core tool for documenting all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Maintain and update the company’s customer database, generating accurate reports and forecasts for current and future opportunities.
