Registered Nurse - Cardiology Cath - Full-Time

This role is for a registered nurse in a clinical setting that involves independent practice and comprehensive patient care. Key responsibilities include: Providing routine and complex nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administering medications and treatments while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Documenting patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided. Assessing learning needs and delivering education to patients, families, and caregivers. Making appropriate assignments and delegations to care team members. Demonstrating leadership competencies and adherence to standards of practice. Completing onboarding, annual competencies, and obtaining required certifications such as BLS and ACLS. Qualifications include: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. At least 1 year of nursing experience in a related specialty preferred; new graduates considered. Current RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within specified time frames. Skills and certifications: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and delegation skills. Ability to handle psychological and social aspects of patient care. Compliance with organizational credentialing and competency requirements.
