Staff Accountant

Compensation: $ 65000 - 68000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Accountant to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys variety in their day and wants to make a meaningful impact across AP, AR, and general ledger functions. The role was created to add flexible support to a busy finance team and help strengthen operations moving forward. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Prepare and post general ledger journal entries Assist with daily accounting operations as needed Provide support across multiple finance functions Help maintain accurate and organized financial records Contribute wherever additional accounting support is needed Required Qualifications & Experience: Experience in accounting or a related finance role Knowledge of AP, AR, and general ledger processes Professional and polished communication style Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Prior experience in a floater or cross-functional accounting role Exposure to broader month-end accounting tasks Comfort supporting a fast-paced team environment Experience in a mid-sized or growing organization This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
