Staff Accountant

Location: Tulsa, OK (in office – this position is not remote) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience Position Summary FBF Energy is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This position will support the organization by performing day-to-day accounting functions across multiple oil and gas entities. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organizational skills. Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred. Primary Responsibilities Prepare and record journal entries Perform monthly account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close Process and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Process Joint Interest Billing (JIB) transactions Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Support financial reporting and special projects Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred 2+ years of accounting experience Oil & Gas accounting experience preferred(ODA Software experience is a plus) Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with a willingness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr Falcon Resource Fund
