New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Nursing Unit

Position Overview Oncology Unit – Part Time, 0.60 FTE, 48 hours per pay period (2 weeks), Night Shift. This is an onsite role; no hybrid or remote option. Pay includes a $1,600 quarterly Night Shift Incentive Program for full‑time night shift RNs and LPNs. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity. Model proficiency and precept new staff or other healthcare providers. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Follow evidence‑based care models aligned with AMSN’s core curriculum and specialty certification standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited or state‑board approved Registered/Professional Nursing program with less than 3 years of experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). At least 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
