Logistics Specialist

About the Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Logistics Specialist to manage logistics operations for power equipment and heavy cargo transportation projects. Responsibilities Manage logistics operations for transformers, switchgears, cables, and other heavy electrical equipment Coordinate domestic and international transportation for oversized/heavy cargo shipments Handle permit acquisition and route coordination for over-dimensional cargo Collaborate with freight forwarders, trucking companies, ports, and project stakeholders Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and delivery status Support logistics planning for EPC and utility-related projects Coordinate with HQ in Korea and U.S. customers regarding logistics execution and documentation Manage logistics costs, operational risks, and issue resolution Qualifications Experience in project logistics, industrial logistics, or heavy cargo transportation Experience handling power equipment, EPC projects, transformers, switchgear, or industrial machinery Knowledge of U.S. transportation regulations and permit processes Experience with international freight forwarding and customs coordination Strong communication and coordination skills Native-level proficiency in Korean Business-level English communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in utility, energy, or infrastructure projects Experience managing oversized cargo and specialized transportation carriers Experience supporting North American project logistics operations Compensation Pay range and compensation package: Location: Houston, Texas, United States.
