Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Master Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Implementing regular virtual check-ins to monitor clients' well-being, living conditions, and any emerging concerns or safety issues.

• Facilitating effective communication among family members involved in the care process, aiming to resolve disputes and foster a supportive family dynamic.

• Educating clients and families on community resources, support groups, and programs designed to improve social engagement and connection.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate electronic records of client assessments, progress notes, and care plans through our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on gerontology being a plus.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
