Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities as a Licensed Professional Counselor will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging and supportive group sessions that encourage clients to connect, share experiences, and learn collaboratively.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized, empathetic therapy sessions to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as develop effective coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their specific needs and preferences, ensuring their involvement in the recovery process.

• Progress Monitoring: Employ various assessment tools to track client progress, evaluate outcomes, and implement adjustments in treatment as necessary. Your insights will guide clients in their journeys toward recovery.

• Collaboration with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, while consulting on complex cases when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus on providing care to young adults aged 18 to 30 within our innovative Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population typically encounters challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and transition difficulties. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate these complex issues and facilitate their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
