Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building trusting relationships while maintaining ethical boundaries and professional standards.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and discuss future sessions, ensuring timely and appropriate discharge planning when needed.

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and intake assessments in compliance with organizational policies.

• Consistently provide individual therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet clients' evolving needs.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to enhance professional development and support reflective practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and address complex client issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse patient population, consisting of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clients range from children to adults and often include those dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in technology, including experience with spreadsheets, electronic health record systems, and communication applications such as Outlook.

• Ability and comfort in conducting thorough intake assessments to understand client histories.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate. We offer a fee-for-service compensation model, which includes guaranteed pay ahead of collections—eliminating the typical wait for reimbursement. Additional financial incentives exist through our bonus opportunities.
