As a remote clinician, you will work primarily from your home office, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal life while serving clients in need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing meaningful connections to promote trust and therapeutic rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and necessary interventions.

• Develop, implement, and assess tailored, person-centered treatment plans that guide clients toward their wellness goals.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions to review client progress, stability, and any shifts in treatment needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and client interactions in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate in individual supervision and group clinical meetings to share insights, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive support for clients, including referrals to additional resources when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals facing challenges such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, stress-related disorders, and eating disorders. A primary emphasis will be placed on understanding the unique needs of each client, crafting therapeutic interventions that are culturally competent and evidence-based. Providing a safe and supportive environment for clients is essential to their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An unrestricted, active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is required, demonstrating effective client engagement and treatment methodologies.

• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and listening skills to foster client relationships and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with experience in diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices. Familiarity with telehealth and electronic medical record systems will be beneficial. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. We provide a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed payment ahead of collections, allowing you to focus on client care without financial stress.
