Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with pre-screened, low-acuity clients in a range of formats, adapting to individual client needs.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Maintain detailed and thorough documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular meetings to discuss client progress and improve treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on working with low-acuity clients who require supportive counseling services rather than intensive therapy. The patient population may include adolescents and adults facing life transitions, stress management issues, or mild depression and anxiety. Your role will be to empower these clients by equipping them with tools and strategies to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active and valid state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs) are essential for efficient documentation and communication.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are imperative for effective client interactions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
