Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to tailor individual treatment plans that meet the unique needs of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring therapy is reflective of each client's situation.

• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, enhancing the holistic treatment framework for clients.

• Keep meticulous clinical records in alignment with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse populations seeking therapy for various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Strong foundational knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations relevant to the counseling profession.
