Your schedule will typically run Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions that address a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation conforming to state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

• Engage in collaboration with external medical providers, schools, and community organizations to ensure integrated care that benefits the client.

• Participate in regular supervision and clinical team meetings to engage in professional development, case reviews, and sharing best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC/MHSP, you will interact with a broad spectrum of clients. Your role will entail working with individuals from different age groups and demographics, each presenting unique challenges. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential in enabling them to explore their mental health concerns effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Active LPC license with MHSP designation in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred, although we encourage newly licensed clinicians to apply as well.

• Demonstrable therapeutic and assessment skills with experience in trauma-informed, strengths-based, or cognitive-behavioral approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a flexible caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Aventus Mind and Wellness Clinic offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We provide comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, which include health insurance, paid time off, and various incentives.
