Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet each client's unique needs by conducting thorough evaluations and assessments.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, delivering therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring consistency and quality in treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of diverse individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, along with the potential for additional bonuses based on performance. Alongside a comprehensive benefits package, you will also receive a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our organization.
