Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Production Lead: You command the pulse of our creative sprints, ensuring our cross-functional teams are synced, unblocked, and delivering impactful work iteratively. From kickoff to rapid delivery, you're confidently leading momentum, anticipating needs, and orchestrating dynamic, adaptive productions that consistently respond to what works.
• Campaign Execution Lead: You're the engine driving our creative output, fully immersed in the day-to-day flow for multi-channel campaigns, digital experiences, and content initiatives. You live in the trenches with our creative teams, meticulously wrangling timelines and championing creative integrity from concept to launch, seeing the full campaign through to successful delivery. You'll keep our production lifecycle lean and agile, ready to pivot as scopes demand. By understanding every role on the team, you ensure seamless collaboration as you deliver work on time, on budget, and at the highest creative level.
• Strategic Collaborator: You are the ultimate facilitator, adept at fostering genuine relationships and recognizing that each internal team member and external production partner brings a unique perspective. You instinctively read the room, and your talent lies in adapting to different personalities and finding common ground, fostering an environment where everyone can contribute their best to elevate the work. You navigate interpersonal dynamics with a professional focus, understanding that your role is the unwavering force driving production forward—on time and on budget. You are adept at identifying and cultivating relationships with key industry insiders and production partners, recognizing their imperative role in elevating our craft.
• Information Architect: You are the ultimate translator, bridging essential gaps across creative, client engagement, creative production, and our production partners. You distill complex visions into clear, actionable steps, ensuring that all communication is consistently updated and grounded in reality. • Client & Creative Champion: While you may not have been the primary client face yet , you are eager to deepen those relationships. You understand the creative vision intimately and are adept at translating client needs into actionable production strategies, ensuring alignment and seamless execution.

• A Proven Campaign Leader: You've successfully steered multiple, full-scope advertising or content campaigns from initial spark to final delivery, within a high-velocity agency or production environment. • Workflow Optimizer: You don't just understand agile; you live it. You thrive in our fast-paced, iterative workflows, embracing rapid prototyping and continuous course-correction to consistently unlock breakthrough results. You're a natural at optimizing and propelling project momentum across multiple concurrent jobs, ensuring our production remains adaptive and responsive at every stage.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range as listed below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. US Pay Range

$45,000—$100,000 USD
