Development Product Owner

As part of aReinsurance Modernization Program, we are seeking experienced Life & Annuity Reinsurance SMEs to take on Product Owner responsibilities. These roles are critical to ensuring the successful modernization of reinsurance systems and processes. Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills 8+ years of Life Reinsurance domain expertise Strong understanding of Life & Annuity Reinsurance processes Experience in Reinsurance treaties, administration, and reporting Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements Understanding of integration with policy administration and financial systems Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements Strong backlog management and prioritization skills Roles and Responsibilities Act as Product Owner for the Reinsurance Modernization Program Provide deep expertise in Life & Annuity Reinsurance processes Define and prioritize product backlog items Translate business requirements into functional requirements Collaborate closely with technology teams to drive modernization objectives Support reinsurance treaty administration and reporting processes Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Work with stakeholders to align on product vision and delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
