You are not building a desk from scratch, you will not cold call into a market you don’t know and you will not wait for applicants to come in. You step into an established client base, you work directly with CEOs and you are being plugged into a recruiting model built around proactive recruiting and efficiency.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with agency experience.

Senior Account Manager Responsibilities – we’re looking for agency experience.

\n

\n

• Manage 8–12 active job orders at a time. We recruit proactively which means we are continuously interviewing candidates and building pipelines for the same positions in the same cities. You are not responsible for sourcing. Recruiters bring qualified candidates to you.
\n
• Manage a book of 20–40 MSP clients. Most already have years of hiring history with Bowman Williams, so you are inheriting established relationships rather than starting from scratch. You’ll work directly with CEOs and you will position yourself as a staffing partner who understands their industry and business model well enough to help them scale.

• KPIs and Expectations. Our company averages a 40% close rate. Account Manager will typically average 3 submittals, confirm 3 interviews and make a placement within 22 days. Account Managers are responsible for owning the client communication.

Senior Account Manager Compensation

• Base salary + commission.
\n
• Guaranteed compensation increases at the beginning of Years 2 and 3, outlined in your offer letter.
\n
• First-year earnings: approximately $100K–$120K .
\n
• Second-year earnings: approximately $120K–$140K .
\n
• Third year and beyond: approximately $140K–$200K .
\n
